Following months of hard work, the Chester County Fire & EMS Strategic Plan is completed and available in digital form; please visit the links below to access the various documents. Please take the time to review these, pass them along to your various stakeholders, and begin the needed conversations to move the Chester County Fire & EMS agencies in the right direction. As mentioned in the final report out briefing, we expect a steering committee to be formed in October to begin working on the recommendations from this plan.
