To renew your membership, please

1. Review your demographic information below and enter any missing/incorrect demographic information including phone number in the note field.
2. To renew for another person, please increase the product quantity (next to the Add to Cart button), click the plus sign below, select a person, review demographics, and enter any demographic updates in the corresponding note field.
